Nothing like little odd jobs on a Sunday morning.
For reference, if you ever see this marking on a screw and you're turning it with a Philips screwdriver, then you know you're stripping it.
Replaced old headlight mounting hardware (which is jury rigged to hold the smaller S90 headlight inside of the wider CL90 forks) with new fasteners.
Played around with how to fit the retro switch on the current handlebars, but couldn't find any spot where I could reach the switch easily with either left or right thumb. This is a simple $13 (plus shipping) switch, but it gets the job done.
Bought a 10mm bolt because I'd planned to replace the right bottom cushion fasteners. The bolt in there now (top) is a 10mm shoulder bolt with 8mm threads. But when trying to put in the new 10mm bolt, I realized that the hole in the swingarm (not standard, the old mounting point must have been damaged so they drilled it out) was only 8mm. So it can only be replaced with this same style of shoulder bolt.
Rusted horn fasteners are 6x20.
