Photo inventory of all the extra pieces and parts from the PPO.  Looks like he really went through the bike.  Noticed an old piston and old rectifier, hopefully signifying that the ones in the bike have been recently replaced.

The old original carb looks to be in rough shape, but should clean up easily and then can replace all the parts with the Keyster kit.

Also nice to get a clean solid airbox, especially after all the trouble I went through with the others from eBay.

Not sure what the set of 4 "Yankee" lights is all about.  I assume that at one time they were used as winkers, and screwed directly into the mounting holes.
