Rim looked good out of the box, just some surface rust to deal with later. Added my new IRC rim strip and 2.25/2.50 tube, then put the IRC 2.50x18 tire on it to match the one she already has up front.
I had the rear flange I'd bought awhile back, but I'd forgotten that it didn't have a bearing. Luckily I still had that Nachi 6203-ZE spare with the metal cover, so that worked out.
I used the rear axle sleeve and sleeve nut from the spare rear axle I'd also gotten awhile back. Lucky there, too, since it'll take some work to get the rear flange off that weird hub and I can't get to the axle sleeve till I do that.
So it all just came together. Even the asian dampers that didn't seem to fit on Red's rear fit ok in this hub, go figure.
Now I could strip the old rear wheel, get a new hub, and relace it. Though I'll need to get the wheel off to see if it has that same rust issue that the other wheel did from where it sat too long in one spot.
