Motor: K&N Pod Filter
Nice score with the K&N filter ($34 eBay).
Picked up an RU-0060 model with the 32mm inside flange diameter and it fit like a glove. Might even be the same one Roxy uses? Will need to check...

Unboxing: New Clean Points Plate
Shiny new points plate for the model motor. Happened to read a comment from Bill Belleau that there were some 5 variations of points plate...? Never knew that and as usual, complicates matters.

Motor: Clutch Actuator
The new clutch actuator was mint. Nothing frozen, slipped right into place.
The neutral switch looks good, too. Still haven't to figure out how it hooks up to the actual wire.

Motor: Rotor and Alternator
Installed the new rotor and alternator. The alternator wires were cut, but other than that it looks ok.

Motor: Camchain Guide Differences!
Never realized this, but there seem to be 2 sizes of camchain roller guide. One is about 46mm OD and the other is 51mm.
There are 2 parts numbers: 14610-028-000 and -010
But which is which?
[2/21/16 edit]
So Bill from the Yahoo group confirms that the difference in the Early vs Late is the diameter of the hole, which is 10mm and 8mm respectively (which also matches the hole in the cylinder jug).
Also, MisterMonkeyClaw (a favorite eBay seller) confirmed that the guides he's selling are the 50mm version.
So I'm wondering if the much thicker width but smaller diameter 46mm guide is maybe not S90 at all?
